4. Engagement Terms

Any fixed-fee engagement (cost optimisation audit, migration, or disaster recovery implementation) is scoped and priced before work begins, and that price will not change once agreed, provided the scope does not change. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ongoing retainer services are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Reports, audits, architecture diagrams, and other deliverables produced during an engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Yemberzal retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific know-how developed during an engagement in future work for other clients.
